BuyDeals provides comprehensive warranty coverage on all electronics. New devices are covered by official manufacturer warranties ranging from 12 to 36 months.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Locate your BuyDeals invoice or Order ID.
- Contact our service team at warranty@buydeal.com.ng or call +234 800 289 3325.
- Describe the technical issue and attach photos/videos if relevant.
- Our technician will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange pickup.
